Job summary

Pernod Ricard España SA is seeking a Credit and Claims Controller – Pacific to manage the end-to-end processing of stock and pricing claims across Australia and New Zealand. You will investigate issues, process credits, and partner with stakeholders to resolve disputes with a focus on accuracy, compliance and robust reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in processing claims and credits in a high-volume environment.
• Strong attention to detail with data accuracy and issue investigation.
• ERP system experience (JD Edwards or SAP) and advanced Excel required.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end processing of stock and pricing claims.
• Raise credit notes and recharges in JD Edwards (E1).
• Investigate claims with 3PL, transport providers, and internal teams to identify root causes.
• Deliver fortnightly and monthly KPI reporting across claims, credits, recoveries, ageing and service performance.
• Support process improvements, SOP development and operational admin.
