Qualifications

• 5+ years of bid coordination, tender management or equivalent experience.
• Experience in built environment, engineering, construction or data-centre sectors is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a matrix organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate complex tender submissions across the Pacific region.
• Develop bid plans, timelines, action trackers and responsibility matrices.
• Manage tender compliance requirements, returnable schedules and submission governance.
• Facilitate bid kick-off meetings, progress reviews and executive approval reviews.
• Coordinate contributions from cross-functional SMEs and stakeholders.
• Ensure submissions are compliant, professionally presented and delivered on time.
• Drive bid governance, quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support sales process optimisation, bid/no-bid decisions and tender readiness activities.
• Provide regular reporting on bid status, risks, milestones and resource requirements.
• Support customer clarification responses and smooth handover of awarded projects to delivery teams.
