TechnologyOne, Brisbane, is seeking a Data Analyst to turn enterprise data into trusted insights and help build an AI-ready foundation that supports better decisions.

You will partner with Finance, HR and Sales to deliver dashboards and reports, improve data quality, and advocate for governance across ERP, CRM and other core systems.

• Analyze large datasets, identify trends and provide actionable recommendations
• Work with Data Engineering to ensure accurate, reliable data pipelines
• Define enterprise measures and champion data integrity and governance
• Perform quality checks on reporting deliverables
• Continuously improve data systems and processes, aligning with policy and WHS requirements

As a Data Analyst within our IT & AI Enablement team in Corporate Services, you'll turn enterprise data into trusted insights and help build the AI-ready foundation that supports better decisions across TechnologyOne. You'll improve data quality and consistency, establish common enterprise measures, and deliver reliable dashboards, reports and practical business insights for our internal teams.

Working across our TechnologyOne platform, ERP, CRM, service management and other core systems, you'll partner with Data Engineering and stakeholders from Finance and HR through to Sales and Delivery. This broad exposure will allow you to translate complex information into meaningful outcomes while helping shape how trusted data, intelligent technology and AI strengthen processes and the employee experience.

What you'll be doing…

• Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into practical dashboards, reports and insights
• Identify and help remediate duplicate, incomplete, conflicting or poorly governed data across core enterprise systems
• Create and maintain clear, engaging data visualisations that support confident business decision making
• Analyse large datasets, identify trends and provide clear, actionable recommendations
• Work with Data Engineering to ensure data pipelines are accurate, reliable and fit for purpose
• Help define common enterprise measures and advocate for strong data integrity and governance
• Complete quality checks to ensure reporting and data deliverables meet expected standards
• Continually improve data systems, processes and ways of working while meeting policy, compliance and WHS requirements
• A relevant qualification in data science, computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience
• Proven experience capturing, integrating and analysing large datasets to deliver business intelligence outcomes
• Strong knowledge of BI concepts and tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Advanced SQL and Python skills
• An understanding of enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM or service management platforms, including security and compliance considerations
• The ability to identify trends and risks in data and translate analysis into practical business recommendations
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and organisational skills, with experience across cloud and data platforms such as Azure, AWS, Data Cloud, Databricks or QuickSight highly regarded
