Job summary

Enemix, a leading renewable energy business in Melbourne, is seeking a Project Manager to oversee construction of a utility-scale renewable energy project. You’ll act as the owner’s eyes and ears, ensuring contractors meet commitments and the program stays on schedule, on budget and to spec.

Qualifications

• Experience leading owner’s-side or EPC renewables projects.
• Strong contract administration and commercial instincts.
• Ability assess claims, variations and progress payments.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement with landowners and network operators.
• Proven safety, quality and environmental performance focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contract management across all project functions.
• Track budget, cost, schedule, and project controls.
• Assess claims, variations and certify progress payments.
• Coordinate interfaces between contractors to keep program on track.
• Monitor safety, environment and quality performance.
• Engage with landowners, network operators, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee commissioning and handover to operations.
• Provide governance and clear reporting to the owner.
