Job summary

Medibank Private Limited is seeking an Overseas Customer Service and Sales Consultant to join our Overseas team. This full-time role (37.5 hours/week) is based at Macquarie University, NSW, with occasional work from home or at Medibank stores.

You will provide premium service, support overseas students with health insurance, handle inquiries via voice, email, and messaging, and identify opportunities to improve the member experience while pursuing sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality service for Overseas customers across channels.
• Deliver end-to-end support for Overseas customers and health-insurance advice.
• Identify opportunities to improve member and billing experiences.
• Deliver occasional presentations to stakeholders and customers.
• Assist customers face-to-face, over the phone, by email and via messaging.
