Job summary

Medibank Private Limited is seeking an Overseas Customer Service and Sales Consultant to join our Overseas team. This full-time role (37.5 hours/week) is based at Macquarie University, NSW, with occasional work-from-home or retail store opportunities but mainly on campus.

You will support overseas students with health insurance, delivering quality service and end-to-end solutions while aiming to grow sales and enhance the member experience. A collaborative, customer-first mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is valued.
• Knowledge of health, finance or insurance industry in Australia is desirable.
• Ability to communicate across channels and provide tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality service to overseas members.
• Deliver end-to-end solutions for Overseas customers.
• Identify opportunities to improve member and billing agent experience.
• Occasionally present to stakeholders and customers.
• Assist customers face-to-face, over the phone, via email and messages.
