• Experience in hotel front office, especially upscale/luxury settings.
• Night audit exposure is an asset.
• Proactive, upbeat demeanor and guest-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Complete end-of-day activities including posting charges, night audit backup, and date roll.
• Process all payment types, vouchers, and charges.
• Print contingency lists and complete reports.
• Sell rooms without reservations based on availability.
• Operate telephone switchboard and arrange wake-up calls.
• Balance and drop receipts per Accounting specs.
• Coordinate check-in/pre-registration for arriving groups.
• Support Marriott Bonvoy enrollments and guest engagement.
• Bring Whatever/Whenever culture to life with every guest interaction.
• Check-in/out using OPERA, verify identity and payments.
• Respond to questions and requests per service standards.
• Log and follow up guest requests; liaise with teams to resolve concerns.

What We Expect of You

• Ability to work overnight shifts full-time
• Previous experience in hotel front office, especially within fast-paced upscale/luxury settings, is highly desirable
• Demonstrated experience with OPERA hotel PMS is advantageous.
• A proactive and upbeat demeanor that inspires excellence

A Glance at What You Will Do

• Process all payment types, vouchers, and miscellaneous charges
• Print contingency lists and complete reports
• Sell rooms/accommodation to guests without reservations based on availability
• Operate telephone switchboard station, process requests for wake-up calls, and advise guest of any messages
• Balance and drop receipts according to Accounting specifications.
• Organize and coordinate check-in/pre-registration procedures for arriving groups; assigning rooms according to guests' needs
• Support Marriott Bonvoy enrollments and make guests feel like part of the Marriott International family
• Bring our Whatever/Whenever brand culture to life with every guest interaction
• Process guest check-ins/outs using OPERA, verifying identity, securing payment, and assigning rooms
• Respond to questions, concerns, and requests using W service standards
• Log and follow up on guest requests, calls, and service issues & liaise with relevant teams to resolve guest concerns
