• Providing safe, high-quality overnight nursing care.

• Performing morning eye care, including removal of eye dressings and eye toilet as directed.
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
• Ensuring compliance with hospital policies, accreditation standards, and infection prevention requirements.
• Acting as the nurse in charge of the hospital overnight and liaising with medical practitioners as required.
