Cura Day Hospitals Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (Division 1) to join our Chatswood Private Hospital day surgery team. You will provide safe nursing care in a fast-paced environment and work within a multidisciplinary team to support patient needs.

The role requires current AHPRA registration and strong clinical skills, with flexibility for rostering and a commitment to quality improvement. On-site work in Chatswood, Sydney NSW, Australia.

• Participate in Quality Improvement activities.
• Act as liaison between patients, families and the healthcare team.

The role reports to theTheatre Manager / CEO/DoN

Mandatory Criteria:

• Registered Nurse (Division 1) with current Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia registration with AHPRA
• Previous experience in nursing with exceptional clinical skills
• Previous nursing experience in a Day Surgery environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe and effective nursing care to patients in the day surgery environment whilst administering general RN duties
• Attentive to detail and adaptable to work independently as well as collaboratively
• Ability to establish interpersonal relationships and collaborate with the wider healthcare team to support patient care needs
• Demonstrated excellence in verbal and written communication with basic computer literacy
• Flexibility to accommodate unanticipated changes in rostering based on facility requirements
• Active involvement in Quality Improvement activities
• Act as a liaison between patients, families, and the healthcare team.
