Overnight Public Area Attendant

When our guests are sleeping, you'll be helping prepare the hotel for another exceptional day.

We're looking for an Overnight Public Area Attendant who takes genuine pride in creating clean, beautifully presented spaces.

As part of our Housekeeping team, you'll work behind the scenes overnight to ensure our lobby, corridors, lifts, guest restrooms and other public areas are immaculate and ready for our guests each morning.

What you'll do

1. Maintain beautifully presented public areas throughout the hotel
2. Vacuum, mop, dust, polish and complete detailed cleaning tasks
3. Keep guest restrooms and shared spaces spotless
4. Respond quickly to spills and cleaning requests
5. Replenish guest supplies and amenities
6. Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns
7. Work independently while collaborating with the overnight hotel team

About you

1. You'll be someone who is reliable, detail-oriented and proud of the standard of your work.
2. Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, public area cleaning or commercial cleaning
3. Demonstrated experience operating commercial cleaning equipment, including floor scrubbers, polishers and other powered cleaning machinery
4. Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high presentation standards
5. Ability to work confidently and independently during overnight shifts
6. Reliable and physically capable of performing the requirements of the role
7. Available to work overnight shifts, including weekends and public holidays
8. Positive, professional and guest-focused approach
