Mounties Group is seeking a compassionate Home Care Support Worker to provide overnight sleepover support for a client based in Mona Vale, NSW. The role focuses on delivering personal care, evening and morning routines, and companionship in a home setting.

You’ll work overnight shifts (5:30 pm–8:00 am or similar) with above‑award pay rates, and may have opportunities for additional shifts with other clients in the area. Hoist experience and NDIS screening requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Overnight sleepover shifts in a home care setting in Mona Vale, NSW.
• Provide personal care, evening/morning routines and companionship.
• Adhere to safety protocols and medication assistance as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bedtime routine and personal care; support with medications.
• Morning shower assistance and meal support per care plan.
• Support with hygiene tasks and pad changes where needed.
