Job summary

Mounties Care, powered by Mounties Group, provides in-home care to help people live independently with dignity. We’re seeking compassionate, reliable Support Workers to join our Mounties Care Team across Sydney, including South-Western Sydney, Inner West, North Shore, Northern Beaches, Eastwood and surrounds.

The role offers casual, part-time, overnight and live-in options, with duties such as assisting with daily activities, personal care, meal prep and transportation.

Qualifications

1+ year experience in aged care or disability support.
Cert III in Individual Support or similar – desirable.
Disability or dementia experience – desirable.
NDIS Worker Check or Police Check (or willing to obtain).
First Aid & CPR (or willing to obtain).
COVID-19 vaccination (at least 2 doses).
Own vehicle with insurance.
Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

Accompanying clients during daily activities running errands and outings.
Food preparation and shopping.
Assisting in personal care and hygiene such as showering and dressing.
Performing household tasks such as cleaning, washing and folding clothes.
Providing social interaction and companionship.
Transport to appointments.
Live in Care services (for the right candidate).
