Job summary

Candidates need at least 6 months experience with disability, current CPR, First Aid and NDIS Worker Check, and must be willing to work across our sites. On shift training, salary sacrifice and penalty rates are offered to support your professional growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience working with disability.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
• NDIS Worker Check required to work with participants.
• Willing to work across multiple sites and programs.
• Overnight shifts may be part of some roles.

Responsibilities

• Support participants across SIL and STA houses and day programs.
• Assist with daily living tasks and personal care as required.
• Maintain safety, dignity and wellbeing of participants.
• Document shift notes and raise any concerns to the team.
