Job summary

EXCEL Building Management is seeking a dedicated associate to provide 5-star concierge services to residents in high-end Sydney apartments. The role is a casual, weekend-oriented position based in Potts Point, with the candidate serving as the face of the building and delivering exceptional service experiences that foster client relationships.

Responsibilities include assisting with by-laws, parking, reporting, and keys auditing, along with monitoring visitors and deliveries.

Qualifications

• Front of house or customer service experience.
• Proven written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer literacy including Word, Excel, email and BuildingLink.
• Availability to work late nights and weekends.
• Ability to build rapport with residents and cooperate with the team.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-star front desk service to residents and guests.
• Assist Building Manager with by-laws, resident car park, reporting and keys auditing.
• Monitor movements of visitors, service providers and goods around the building.
• Database maintenance, email/phone/intercom inquiries handling.
• Secure resident keys, security devices, parcels and dry cleaning.
• Internal and External patrolling.
• Complete incident reports and respond to emergencies.
• Ensure entry and lifts are tidy and presentable.
