Low-Code Technologies Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled and motivated Developer/Programmer to join our team in Sydney, NSW. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, implementing and maintaining software applications that meet business requirements and technical specifications. We are particularly interested in candidates with OutSystems development experience, preferably involving the development of complex software solutions and leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) to extensively integrate/Build.

Key responsibilities

Analyse business requirements, consult with stakeholders and evaluate software development needs to deliver effective technical solutions.

Design, develop, test, implement and maintain software applications in accordance with user requirements, system specifications and industry standards.

Develop and enhance applications using OutSystems or similar development platforms, including integrating AI-powered features, external services and APIs.

Assess existing software systems, identify technical limitations and recommend improvements to application functionality, performance and efficiency.

Perform application testing, debugging and troubleshooting to identify, diagnose and resolve programming errors and system faults.

Write, review, modify and maintain high-quality program code that meets software design specifications, performance requirements and established quality standards.

Prepare and maintain technical documentation, application specifications, user guides and operational procedures.

Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration between software applications, databases, AI technologies and existing business systems.

Provide technical advice and recommendations on software design, system improvements, technology upgrades and development strategies, including evaluating implementation costs and software solutions.

Monitor application performance, implement enhancements and provide ongoing technical support to maintain system reliability and security.

About you

A relevant qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related discipline.

Demonstrated experience in software development, programming, application testing and system integration.

Experience in OutSystems development is highly preferred.

Experience developing applications involving Artificial Intelligence (AI), AI-powered automation and third-party system integrations will be highly regarded.

Knowledge of programming languages, database management, API integrations and software development methodologies.

Strong analytical, problem-solving and debugging skills.

Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into reliable and efficient software solutions.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
