Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Mathematics, Science, Information Technology or related discipline.
• Project management qualifications highly regarded.
• Strong Power BI development and data visualization skills.
• Demonstrated experience leading AI initiatives and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate business strategy into analytics roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the Supply AI & Insights portfolio, from opportunity identification and prioritisation through to delivery, adoption and value realisation.
• Lead AI initiatives, proof of concepts and advanced analytics solutions that solve business challenges and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Develop and deliver impactful Power BI reporting, predictive models and decision-support tools that enhance operational and strategic decision-making.
• Build capability across Supply by leading the AI & Insights champion network and driving AI literacy, adoption and data-driven ways of working.
• Partner with DD&T, technology providers and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, governed and responsible AI solutions.

About the Role

As the Supply AI & Insights Manager, you will lead the vision, roadmap and delivery of analytics and AI capabilities across Supply. Partnering closely with business leaders and DD&T, you will drive the adoption of trusted data, advanced analytics and responsible AI solutions that improve decision-making, productivity and business performance across a complex global supply network.

To succeed in this role, you'll bring

• A tertiary qualification in Mathematics, Science, Information Technology or a related discipline, with project management qualifications highly regarded.
• Strong expertise in Power BI development, data visualisation and advanced analytics.
• Demonstrated experience leading AI initiatives and delivering measurable operational or commercial outcomes.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate business strategy into analytics and AI roadmaps.
• A passion for building capability, driving organisational adoption and fostering innovation through data, analytics and AI.
