Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality administrative or customer service support in a busy environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships.
• Confidence using contemporary digital systems and maintaining accurate records and data.
• The ability to prioritise tasks, work independently and contribute positively within a team.
• Experience in healthcare or patient administration systems is a plus.
