Job summary

South Eastern Sydney Local Health District (SESLHD) seeks an experienced Outpatient Services Manager to lead administrative teams at St George Hospital, based in the new Kensington Street Building in Kogarah.

You will oversee electronic referral workflows, PQMS, eMR scheduling and billing, provide staff training, ensure performance reporting, and represent outpatient services on hospital governance committees to drive service excellence.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in management or equivalent experience.
• Strong MS Office and digital systems experience.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Ability to build relationships with senior management and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead administrative teams and oversee digital systems supporting outpatient operations.
• Manage electronic referral and data workflows, PQMS, and eMR scheduling.
• Provide training and support to staff; ensure performance reporting.
• Represent outpatient services at hospital governance committees.
