Responsabilidades

• Monitor, validate and follow up data quality issues and corrections for ESM outpatient data through EVA PLUS.
• Generate, maintain and distribute data quality reports, audits and validation information to outpatient areas.
• Provide frontline support for ESM enquiries via email, telephone and ServiceNow; escalate when needed.
• Support ESM security administration, including user access requests and security audits.
• Develop and maintain quick reference guides and contribute to data quality and administrative activities.

About your role

As the Outpatient Data Support Officer in the ESM (Enterprise Scheduling System) team, you will play an important role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of outpatient data across Metro South Health.

• Monitor, validate and follow up ESM outpatient data quality issues and corrections through EVA PLUS.
• Generate, maintain and distribute data quality reports, audits and validation information to outpatient areas.
• Provide frontline support for ESM enquiries received through email, telephone and ServiceNow, escalating issues where appropriate.
• Support ESM security administration, including user access requests and regular security key chain audits.
• Develop and maintain quick reference guides while contributing to data quality, team improvement and administrative activities.

About the MSH ESM Outpatient Team

The MSH ESM Team are part of the Primary Care Partnerships Unit, situated at Eight Mile Plains. This team provides support for all the MSH facilities for the outpatient scheduling system (ESM). This support includes front‑end user support via phone or remote access, clinic build and modifications, outpatient data provision, data quality audits and advocacy for MSH requirements in the state‑wide ESM forum. The team delivers a positive, dynamic, flexible, and communicative work environment where each member is encouraged to develop and enhance their skills.
