Sydney Local Health District is seeking a capable Administrative Officer to provide high-level administrative support and customer service within outpatient services at Concord Repatriation General Hospital.

The role offers permanent full-time hours (38 per week) with additional temporary full-time coverage until 31 March 2027, and requires flexibility to work a range of shifts. Applicants must have full working rights in Australia and a strong commitment to patient- and family-centred care.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to provide a high-level of customer service to both internal and external customers.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively (written, verbal and face to face) with a focus on professionalism and empathy.
• Proven organisational ability to complete tasks based on priorities and deadlines with ability to effectively multi-task.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts based on the operational requirements of the Ambulatory Care Business Unit.
