Job summary

Concord Repatriation General Hospital is seeking an Administrative Officer (Level 3) to provide high-quality administrative support and customer service in ambulatory care. The role covers front-line and back-office tasks across outpatient services, serving patients and families with a patient-centered approach.

Shifts include 0700-1530, 0730-1600, 0800-1630 and 0830-1700; applicants must have full working rights in Australia. This is a temporary full-time appointment within NSW Health.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to provide a high-level of customer service to internal and external customers.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively (written, verbal and face to face) with a focus on professionalism and empathy.
• Proven organisational ability to complete tasks based on priorities and deadlines with ability to effectively multi-task.
• All candidates must have full working rights within Australia.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high standard of administrative support and customer service within outpatient services.
• Support a variety of Outpatient Services across the facility and is committed to Patient and Family Centered Care.
• Work front-line and back-office roles within Ambulatory Care Business Unit as required.
