4WD Supacentre is seeking a driven Store Manager to lead a high-performing team across our showroom and warehouse in Australia. You will own the store P&L, drive daily, weekly and monthly KPIs, and translate discount deals into tangible floor results while maintaining exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in retail FMCG/outdoor/automotive/hardware or large-format retail is preferred.
• Proven ability to lead a high-performing team and drive KPIs.
• Strong P&L and financial performance management.
• Excellent customer experience and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage overall P&L and drive results based on daily, weekly and monthly KPIs.
• Lead upsells, sales per hour, AOV, conversion, and in-store processes including Click & Collects and returns.
• Monitor key performance metrics and coach the crew.
• Translate daily discount deals into floor results and coach the team.
• Develop and coach a high-performing crew and foster a customer-focused culture.
• Identify growth opportunities through campaigns to increase foot traffic.
• Maintain showroom standards, visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Ensure store safety, efficiency and profitability.
