Job summary

You’ll coach up to 20 team members, drive service, sales and merchandising, and take ownership of product management across departments, while delivering a friendly, high-energy shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership role within a large-format retail environment.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of up to 20 team members.
• Experience managing high stock volume.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must have Full-Time availability across late nights and weekends.
• Full working rights within Australia.
