E1 is seeking a persistent and high-energy Outbound Customer Support Specialist to join our Melbourne CX team. This is a high-volume, transactional 'doing' role focused purely on securing subscriptions, updating expiring credit cards, and calling down accounts in dunning. Start Date: Monday 21st September. Role Duration: 3 Months with potential extension or conversion to full time.

Qualifications

• Strong phone-based customer service or collections experience preferred.
• Ability to handle 60+ outbound calls daily.
• Comfort with subscription management and billing dialogs.
• Proactive problem solving and adherence to scripts.

Responsibilities

• Proactive Call Downs: 60+ outbound calls daily to customers with failed payments, expiring cards, or dunning.
• Save & Win Back: Execute approved save scripts to retain subscriptions and win back churned customers.
• Data Integrity: Keep CRM records accurate by logging outcomes, attempts, and codes.
