Job summary

The Plumbing Gang, a Brisbane-based plumbing and roofing team, is seeking an energetic outbound sales specialist to join our busy call centre. In this role you will proactively contact existing customers to book recurring services and keep technicians busy, delivering a friendly 5-star customer experience.

You will re-engage past customers, identify new service opportunities, and convert conversations into booked jobs while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, hospitality, call centre, or similar customer-facing roles.
• Confidence making outbound calls (or willingness to learn)
• Ability to guide customers toward booking
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly
• KPI-driven environment requires energy and resilience
• Stay organized while managing multiple tasks

This role is about proactively calling existing customers to book recurring services(plumbing inspections, hot water, gutter maintenance) and keeping our technicians busy.

About the Role
