Job summary

Brisbane Plumbing and Drainage is hiring a Customer Service Representative to own the customer journey from first contact to job completion. Based in Morningside, QLD, you’ll excel in a fast-paced environment, delivering a smooth, 5-star experience while guiding customers to the right outcomes.

You’ll leverage your experience in retail/hospitality or contact centres, show strong communication on the phone, and participate in regular training to enhance problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, hospitality or a contact centre (banking, insurance, superannuation or telco experience highly regarded)
• Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
• Comfort having sales-style conversations and guiding customers to the right outcome
• The ability to multitask and stay organised in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Turning inbound customer calls into booked service jobs (you’ll own it from hello to done!)
• Delivering a smooth, 5-star customer experience every single time
• Making proactive outbound calls to selected customers to create extra service opportunities
• Keeping customer details up to date so our teams are set up for success
• Taking part in regular training to level up your communication and problem-solving skills
• Solving customer issues with confidence, positivity, and a “let’s get this sorted” attitude
