Job summary

NOIZE is building a small team of appointment setters to speak with Australian business owners and book qualified meetings with our business development team.

This is an outbound role, so you need to genuinely enjoy talking with decision-makers, identifying opportunities and booking meetings. Remote work is supported with performance-based earning potential through our engagement structures.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound calling, appointment setting or B2B sales.
• Comfort speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Calling Australian business owners and decision-makers.
• Having short, genuine conversations about their needs.
• Identifying opportunities across NOIZE's services.
• Qualifying potential clients against clear criteria.
• Booking qualified meetings into the team calendar.
• Recording calls, outcomes and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Following up owners who request another call.
