OTR is seeking a Console Operator in Adelaide to deliver great customer experiences while keeping the store clean, stocked and welcoming. This fast-paced role suits someone who can multi-task, stay organized and work well with colleagues.

You’ll handle customer service, operate at the front counter, stock displays, and assist with daily openings and closing duties. Availability for flexible hours, including weekends, is preferred.

Qualificações

• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Comfortable working alone or in a team.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift moderately.
• Willing to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

About The Role

As a Console Operator, you will be focused on providing great customer experiences and will ensure the store is always clean, stocked and welcoming for our Guests. This is a fast-paced job where being able to multi-task and manage your time is essential. At OTR, we pride ourselves on our multiple food offerings and the best barista coffee you’ll ever taste.

About You & Your Skills

• You are focused on providing outstanding customer service
• You are comfortable working alone as well as within a team
• You’ll be on your feet for long periods of time and may require moderate to heavy lifting and reaching.
• You have the availability to work flexible hours (including late nights, early mornings and weekends)
• Be willing to learn and promote our wide range of products and specials
