Job summary

OTR is seeking a Console Operator to deliver exceptional guest experiences in our busy store. You will keep the store clean, stocked, and welcoming, while multi-tasking across guest needs and product offerings.

The role requires flexibility to work early mornings, late nights, and weekends, with opportunities to learn our wide range of beverages and snacks, and to advance within Viva Energy Retail's brand network.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Comfortable standing for long periods and capable of lifting.
• Availability for flexible hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer experiences and ensure the store is clean, stocked and welcoming for guests.
• Support the range of food offerings and the best barista coffee.
• Assist guests with enquiries and process transactions where required.
• Help with stock replenishment and store presentation.

About The Role

As a Console Operator, you will be focused on providing great customer experiences and will ensure the store is always clean, stocked and welcoming for our Guests. This is a fast-paced job where being able to multi-task and manage your time is essential. At OTR, we pride ourselves on our multiple food offerings and the best barista coffee you’ll ever taste.

About You & Your Skills

• You are focused on providing outstanding customer service
• You are comfortable working alone as well as within a team
• You’ll be on your feet for long periods of time and may require moderate to heavy lifting and reaching.
• You have the availability to work flexible hours (including late nights, early mornings and weekends)
• Be willing to learn and promote our wide range of products and specials
