Job summary

OTR is seeking a Console Operator to deliver outstanding customer experiences across our store. You will keep the shop clean, stocked and welcoming, handle transactions, and help guests find the products they need in a fast-paced environment.

The role suits you if you can work alone or with a team, stand for long periods, and adapt to flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights and weekends. Australian working rights and a police clearance are required.

About The Role

As a Console Operator, you will be focused on providing great customer experiences and will ensure the store is always clean, stocked and welcoming for our Guests. This is a fast-paced job where being able to multi-task and manage your time is essential. At OTR, we pride ourselves on our multiple food offerings and the best barista coffee you’ll ever taste.

About You & Your Skills

• You are focused on providing outstanding customer service
• You are comfortable working alone as well as within a team
• You’ll be on your feet for long periods of time and may require moderate to heavy lifting and reaching.
• You have the availability to work flexible hours (including late nights, early mornings and weekends)
• Be willing to learn and promote our wide range of products and specials
