Job summary

OTR Group in Sydney is seeking a Console Operator to ensure an excellent customer experience while keeping the store clean, well-stocked and inviting for guests. The role suits someone who works well on their own and in a team, with a keen eye for detail and speed in a fast-paced retail environment.

You must be flexible to work late nights, early mornings and weekends, and be willing to learn about and promote our product range.

About the Role

As a Console Operator, you will be focused on providing great customer experiences and will ensure the store is always clean, stocked and welcoming for our Guests. This is a fast-paced job where being able to multi-task and manage your time is essential. At OTR, we pride ourselves on our multiple food offerings and the best barista coffee you’ll ever taste.

About You & Your Skills

• You are focused on providing outstanding customer service
• You are comfortable working alone as well as within a team
• You’ll be on your feet for long periods of time and may require moderate to heavy lifting and reaching.
• You have the availability to work flexible hours (including late nights, early mornings and weekends)
• Be willing to learn and promote our wide range of products and specials
