Pacific Health and Wellbeing seeks an experienced Occupational Therapist Team Leader to balance a reduced clinical caseload with meaningful leadership duties. You will mentor clinicians, provide supervision, and shape service development within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary setting in Brisbane.

You’ll enjoy dedicated time for team development, culture-building and leadership input, with ongoing professional growth and a supportive admin framework.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
• AHPRA registration.
• NDIS Worker Screening clearance, or willingness to obtain.
• Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain.
• Senior First Aid Certificate, or willingness to obtain.
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module, or willingness to obtain.
• Current Australian driver’s licence.

Responsabilités

• Mentor and support Occupational Therapists within your team.
• Provide clinical guidance, supervision and support.
• Help clinicians develop their confidence, skills and clinical reasoning.
• Support high-quality, person-centred clinical practice.
• Maintain your own reduced clinical caseload.
• Encourage collaboration, accountability and professional growth.
• Contribute to team culture and engagement.
• Work alongside other Team Leaders and our Clinical Lead.
• Support continuous improvement and the growth of the service.
