Job summary

Neta Care Holistic Health Services (NCHHS) seeks an experienced Occupational Therapy Team Leader to guide and grow our OT team within a multidisciplinary practice in Springfield, QLD. You will balance a reduced clinical caseload with leadership duties across clinic, home, school and community settings.

You will provide supervision, mentor staff, support recruitment, and ensure governance and high‑quality care in line with NDIS and AHPRA standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy (OT).
• Current AHPRA registration.
• Minimum 3+ years’ clinical experience with paediatric and/or disability sector exposure.
• Experience in clinical supervision or leadership roles is highly regarded.
• Strong knowledge of the NDIS, including report writing and funding requirements.
• Excellent communication, clinical reasoning and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to balance leadership responsibilities with a clinical caseload.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and mentor a team of OTs, including new graduates.
• Provide regular clinical supervision, case reviews and professional development planning.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and induction of OT staff.
• Monitor team performance, caseloads and therapy hour targets with feedback.
• Champion clinical governance, quality assurance and compliance with NDIS and regulatory standards.
• Review and sign off on clinical documentation and reports.
• Contribute to policy development and service improvement initiatives.
• Foster a positive, collaborative and supportive team culture.
• Deliver clinical services with a reduced therapy hour target of 10–15 hours/week.
• Co‑design meaningful therapy goals with clients and families.
