Job summary

Alliance Automation in Brisbane is seeking an OT & Cybersecurity Administrator to anchor operations, projects, and compliance. You will support timesheets, invoicing, reporting, CRM, and documentation, working with technical specialists and customers to keep projects on track.

The role requires strong organisational skills, multi-tasking ability, and proactive collaboration within a fast-paced environment. This is a Brisbane-based, permanent position offering development and a supportive team

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, project administration, or business support.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Experience maintaining reports, databases, or document control systems.

Responsibilities

• Support project administration activities including timesheets, invoicing, reporting, and documentation.
• Maintain OT customer records, spend history, and CRM information.
• Support resource planning activities and utilisation reporting.
• Coordinate project administration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain compliance records per Quality Management System.
• Prepare customer reports, presentations, and monthly updates.
• Coordinate internal meetings, agendas, actions and follow-ups.
• Maintain training, certification and development records for OT & Cybersecurity staff.
• Assist with sales briefs, proposals, budgets and business development.
• Manage document control, project records and content storage.
• Review and document business processes for continuous improvement.
• Provide general admin and operational support to OT & Cybersecurity leadership.
