TeamKids in Melbourne is seeking a part-time team supervisor for Outside School Hours Care at Brighton East. You’ll work split shifts, 7:00am-9:00am and 3:00pm-6:00pm, and be supported by a Director of Service as you help plan enriching experiences for primary school children.

You’ll engage with the school community, build strong relationships with children and families, and ensure your program meets industry standards. Training is provided; previous OSHC experience is welcome but not essential.

Qualificações

• Excellent communication with children, parents and staff.

• Diploma qualification in line with ACECQA standards and relevant checks.

Job Description
This permanent, part - time opportunity offers hands on experience in the OSHC industry. You'll be supported every step of the way by a Director of Service, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role.

Service Location: Brighton East

You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday:
7:00am-9:00am + 3:00pm-6:00pm

The Successful Candidate:

✅ Ideally you have previous experience working in Before and After School Care or education, but this is by no means essential - we can train you!
✅ Thrives in a fast-paced environment and still a big kid at heart!
✅ Confident communicator with children, parents, team members, and school principals.
✅You're a strong team player with excellent problem-solving skills and a can-do, positive attitude.
✅ Passionate about creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children.
✅ Energetic, enthusiastic, and love to have FUN!

✅As part of TeamKids’ commitment to child safety, all successful candidates are required to complete mandatory National Child Safety Training through Geccko prior to commencing employment with TeamKids
