Job summary

Junior Adventures Group is seeking a Service Manager to lead a large Outside School Hours Care service at Mango Hill. You will drive educational programs, ensure NQF compliance and manage a sizable team of coordinators and educators.

The role requires leadership experience in OSHC or Early Childhood, a relevant ACECQA-aligned qualification, and strong stakeholder management. The position is full-time with block shifts and a strong focus on quality and community partnerships.

Qualifications

• We are seeking an experienced OSHC or Early Childhood leader ready to take ownership of a large, high-performing service.
• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Assessment & Rating is required.
• Current Working with Children Check/Blue Card and safety training must be in place.

Helping Hands Mango Hill is seeking a Service Manager to lead a large, established Outside School Hours Care service.

This is a full-time position, working block shifts. The total salary package for this role is$100,700.

Main Duties

As the Service Manager, you\'ll lead the overall success of your service by:

• Leading, coaching and developing a large team of Coordinators, Assistant Coordinators and Educators.


• Driving exceptional educational programs and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.


• Acting as Educational Leader and Nominated Supervisor while ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework.


• Building strong partnerships with children, families, schools and the wider community.


• Managing service operations including budgets, rosters, enrolments, compliance and workforce planning.


• Preparing your service for Assessment & Rating and maintaining high-quality standards.


• Creating a positive team culture where people feel valued, supported and inspired to grow.

Qualifications

Skills and Experience Required

We\'re looking for an experienced OSHC or Early Childhood leader who is ready to take ownership of a large, high-performing service.

You\'ll have:

• Working towards or completed a relevant qualification to work as a 2Year QualifiedEducatorin QLDin accordance with ACECQA


• Previous leadership experience managing an OSHC or Early Childhood service


• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Assessment & Rating


• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills


• Current Working with Children Check/Blue Card


• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis (or willingness to obtain)


• National Police Check
