Junior Adventures Group’s Griffin Helping Hands OSHC is seeking a Service Manager to lead a large, established service. You’ll work to drive program quality, develop people, and maintain strategic leadership with dedicated time for admin and ratio activities.

This role offers regional coaching support, centralized admin functions, and a pathway for career development while ensuring high-quality outcomes for children and families across the program.

Qualifications

• Experience leading an OSHC or Early Childhood service.
• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Assessment & Rating.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Current Working with Children Check/Blue Card.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis (or willingness to obtain).
• National Police Check.
• Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a large team of Coordinators, Assistant Coordinators and Educators.
• Coordinate support from nearby services to ensure service excellence.
• Drive exceptional educational programs and foster continuous improvement.
• Act as Educational Leader and Nominated Supervisor while ensuring NQF compliance.
• Build strong partnerships with children, families, schools and the community.
• Manage service operations including budgets, rosters, enrolments, compliance and workforce planning.
• Prepare the service for Assessment & Rating and maintain high standards of quality.
• Create a positive team culture where people feel valued and inspired to grow.
