Job summary

Catholic Early EdCare in Deception Bay is seeking a dedicated Coordinator to lead our 75-place OSHC service with a supportive team behind you. As the Nominated Supervisor, you will oversee Before School Care, After School Care and Vacation Care, mentor educators and build strong connections with families and the local parish and school, while ensuring compliance and high-quality care.

This permanent full-time role offers career progression, flexible shifts, and opportunities to shape the program

Qualifications

• Diploma in Children's Services (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) required.
• Experience leading or managing an education and care service is essential.
• Experience using childcare management systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the day-to-day operation of Before/After School Care and Vacation Care programs.
• Inspire, mentor and support a team of educators to ensure quality care and continuous improvement.
• Design and deliver play-based experiences reflecting children's interests and development.
• Build strong relationships with children, families, the school, and parish community.
• Ensure service complies with legislative requirements and quality standards.
