Catholic Archdiocese of Brisbane – Deception Bay OSHC is seeking a Coordinator to lead our Before/After School Care and Vacation Care programs, guiding a team of educators and building strong school, parish and community links. Qualifications

• Diploma in Children's Services or ACECQA-approved equivalent.
• Proven experience leading or managing an education and care service.
• Knowledge of National Quality Framework (NQF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee day-to-day operation of BSC, ASC, and Vacation Care programs, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
• Inspire and mentor a team of educators, fostering a positive culture focused on quality care.
• Design and deliver engaging play-based experiences reflecting children's interests and development.
• Build strong relationships with children, families, school and parish communities.
• Ensure compliance with legislative requirements and maintain high standards of safety and education.
