Job summary

Trinity Grammar School in Kew is seeking an OSHC Service Coordinator on a casual basis to lead after-school programs and ensure a safe, engaging environment for children. You will plan activities, coordinate meals, and collaborate with compliance teams to maintain program quality.

The role requires a Diploma or higher in Early Childhood or a related field, a valid Working With Children Check, First Aid/CPR, and strong interpersonal skills. Flexible hours and professional development are provided.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Early Childhood, Primary Teaching, or related field.
• Valid Working With Children Check and First Aid/CPR, including Anaphylaxis & Asthma management.
• Warm, engaging personality with can-do attitude.
• Ability to build trust quickly with children and school leadership.

Responsibilities

• Plan and program activities like science experiments, sports tournaments, and arts.
• Create a safe, inclusive environment where every child feels like a rockstar.
• Prepare healthy snacks.
• Collaborate with Programs Engagement Manager on assessments and ratings with compliance support.
• Engage with stakeholders and build integrated OSHC programs.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the service.
