Job summary

TeamKids in Melbourne is seeking an experienced OSHC leader to become Director of Service (Coordinator). You will lead a team to deliver a safe, engaging program for primary-aged children and maintain strong ties with the school and community.

This permanent, part-time role offers flexible admin hours with the possibility to work from home, supported by a Mentor and Regional Manager, and opportunities for professional development within our supportive Operations team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading OSHC/childcare programs.
• Diploma qualification aligned to ACECQA standards.
• Strong communication with school, families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to create a safe, engaging OSHC program.
