Job summary

The Extend Group is seeking energetic OSHC staff to support Moolap Primary School in Geelong. This casual role offers flexible shifts, including before and after school care, with the freedom to pick up shifts that fit your schedule.

Hourly rates range from $49.88 to $52.15 per hour plus 12% super. PD sessions and retention payments are included; join our team to help deliver engaging, safe programs for children.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Valid Working With Children Check and related certifications.
• Willingness to obtain First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and program science experiments, sports and arts activities for children.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive environment where every child feels valued.
• Prepare healthy snacks to keep energy levels high.
• Collaborate with Programs Engagement Manager on assessments and ratings with compliance support.
• Engage with stakeholders to build integrated OSHC programs.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the service to run smoothly.

About your service: Enjoy the flexibility of working at Moolap Primary School located in Moolap, Geelong.

Perfect for students or qualified educators looking for extra income, this flexible role lets you pick up shifts as they come, stay active in our pool, and enjoy extra dollars on your own schedule.

Hourly Rate: $49.88 - $52.15 Per Hour (Including Worker Retention Payment Scheme) + 12% Super.

• Before School Care: 6:45 AM- 8:45 AM
• After School Care: 2:35 PM to 6:00 PM
• Days Required: 2-3 shifts fortnightly.
• Contract: Casual
• Professional development sessions are paid training sessions, and Retention payments are above award
