Job summary

The Extend Group is seeking an OSHC Relief Service Coordinator to lead after-school care programs at St Joseph's and St Mary's in Malvern. You will design engaging activities, ensure a safe and inclusive environment, and manage daily operations with support from our compliance team.

You will bring a relevant Diploma or higher, WWCC and First Aid/CPR, and a warm, can-do attitude to connect with children, educators, and school leadership.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Early Childhood, Primary Teaching, School Aged Care, Youth Work, Community Services or related field (or studying toward).
• WWCC and safeguarding certifications are required or will be pursued.
• Warm, engaging, can-do attitude with strong people skills and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Be the Visionary: plan and program engaging activities and events for OSHC that kids enjoy.
• Safety First: lead a safe, inclusive environment where every child feels valued.
• Craft healthy snacks to maintain energy levels.
• Collaborate with the Programs Engagement Manager and compliance team on quality and ratings.
• Serve as a Community Connector, listening to stakeholders and building integrated OSHC programs.
• Manage day-to-day operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
