Job summary

The Extend Group is seeking an OSHC Relief Service Coordinator to manage and deliver engaging OSHC programs across our services in Frankston and surrounding suburbs. You will lead activities, manage safety, and ensure high-quality care for children in before/after school care and vacation programs.

You will coordinate with the engagement team, ensure compliance, and foster partnerships with school leadership and families.

Qualifications

• Diploma, Bachelor, or Master in Early Childhood, Primary Teaching, School Aged Care, Youth Work, Community Services, or related field.
• Current Working With Children Check and Child Protection training are required or willing to obtain.
• First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management certifications (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• As OSHC Relief Service Coordinator, plan and program engaging activities and events for children.
• Lead a safe, inclusive environment where every child feels valued.
• Prepare healthy snacks to sustain energy levels.
• Collaborate with Programs Engagement Manager and compliance team on assessments and ratings.
• Engage with stakeholders to build integrated OSHC programs.
• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
