Junior Adventures Group is hiring an OSHC Permanent Educator in Baldivis, WA to help deliver engaging before and after school care for primary students. The role emphasizes building positive relationships with children, families and the school community.

The position is permanent part-time, 20 hours per week during term time with split shifts across afternoons and mornings, plus potential hours in school holidays. Supportive team and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• State working-with-children check.
• National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko).

Job description

As an OSHC Permanent Educator, you’ll work in the Baldivis area, where you’ll have the opportunity to build meaningful, ongoing relationships with children, families, your team, and the wider school community. In this role, you’ll support the delivery of engaging before and after school care programs for primary school-aged children. From time to time, you may also have the opportunity to support nearby services across the region when additional support is needed.

This is a permanent part-time role offering 20 hours per week during the school term, with a consistent split across morning and afternoon shifts:

• Monday to Thursday – Stay and Play: 2:30pm–5:30pm
• Tuesday to Friday – Rise then Shine: 6:45am–8:45am

Additional hours may also be available during our School Holiday Program, which operates between 6:30am and 6:00pm.
