Job summary

Uniting Limited is seeking an OSHC Service Leader in Victoria to oversee the Glengarry OSHC program. You will drive strategic and operational management, lead a team and ensure high-quality delivery aligned with national standards.

The role focuses on quality improvement, safeguarding children, and partnering with families in a values-led organisation that supports early learning across Victoria.

Qualifications

• Diploma of Children's Services or equivalent.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certificates, or willingness to obtain.
• Current Working with Children Check / Working with Vulnerable Persons Check.
• Knowledge of the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations.
• Experience in people management and rostering.
• My Time, Our Place framework knowledge.
• Experience delivering high-quality early learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead the strategic and operational management of the Glengarry OSHC program.
• Drive quality, sustainability and service delivery aligned with National Quality Standards.
• Support the team to reflect the National Quality Framework and enhance program quality.
