Job summary

Junior Adventures Group (JAG) is seeking an OSHC Coordinator to lead our service in the Hocking area, creating a safe, welcoming environment where children can learn, play and thrive. This permanent part-time role is 33 hours per week with 4 hours of paid non-contact admin time.

You’ll guide Educators, build strong relationships with families and the school community, and ensure a engaging, child-centered program with activities like STEM, sports, cooking and arts.

Qualifications

• Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (we will cover)
• State Working-with-Children check
• National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko)

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Educators and oversee before- and after-school programs
• Manage roster, day-to-day operations and compliance
• Foster strong relationships with children, families and school community
• Provide mentorship and support from regional managers
