The role offers above-award pay of 94,000–100,000 AUD plus super, a 2,000 AUD sign-on bonus, and a retention allowance, with immediate start available and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent).
• 1–2 years' relevant industry leadership experience in a similar service.
• Strong knowledge of MTOP, NQS and Education and Care regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor educators to deliver high-quality, inclusive programs.
• Oversee daily operations, compliance and administrative tasks.
• Develop and drive the Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) and drive continuous improvement.
• Build partnerships with families and the local community.
• Recruit, develop and manage staff performance.
• Ensure a safe, welcoming environment with safeguarding practices.
• Manage enrolments, reporting and service administration.
