Junior Adventures Group Boronia and surrounding services is hiring an OSHC Mentor Coordinator to lead a team of Educators and deliver a dynamic before- and after-school program for children aged 5–12. You’ll create a lively, child-centered activity roster and take ownership of day-to-day operations.

This permanent, part-time position offers 30 hours per week with split shifts (morning rise and shine and afternoon stay and play), strong regional support, professional development, parental leave,

Join us at ourBoronia and surrounding services, as an OSHC Mentor Coordinator and lead a team of passionate Educators while making a real impact on the lives of children!This permanent, part-time role offers30 hours per week.You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday: approx. 7:00-9:00am (Rise then Shine) and approx. 3:00-6:00pm (Stay and Play).

About the role

As an OSHClub Coordinator, you’ll be leading a team of passionate Educators and overseeing an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years. This role is all about leadership:

• You’ll create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program, filled with exciting activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts—all designed to inspire and engage.
• You’ll take full ownership of your team’s roster, manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and handle admin tasks—all while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth.
• With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team, you’ll have everything you need to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact.

• A natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and helping others grow
• Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (which we will cover!)
• State working-with-children check
• National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko)
• VIC Diploma-Level - Working towards or completed a relevant qualification to work as a Diploma-levelEducatorin VIC in accordance with ACECQA
