Centacare Brisbane is seeking an OSHC Coordinator to lead an established after-school care service on the Sunshine Coast. Based in Bli Bli, you will supervise educators, manage daily operations and drive engaging programs that foster positive experiences for children.

You will build relationships with families and local partners, ensure safety and compliance, and lead a high-performing team to deliver quality outcomes in a supportive, child-centered setting.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in OSHC, education or a similar setting.
• Strong people leadership and relationship-building skills.
• A passion for creating positive experiences for children.
• Sound organisational and operational management skills.
• A commitment to quality, safety and continuous improvement.
